Clinical hygiene
The sealing toilet system originates from the clinical, or nursing, environment and is considered the most hygienic toilet solution. Nothing can miss or go over, the contents are automatically, safely and airtightly sealed in a barrier film and thus do not come into contact with anything else. Germs, bacteria and viruses don't stand a chance - clean, odourless and tight!
Portable & autark
The LooSeal® EVO is lightweight and portable at only 7.7kg. With its 57Wh rechargeable battery system, the sealing toilet not only allows you to use it without water or chemicals, but even without available electricity - and with over 100 uses per battery charge. It can thus be used completely self-sufficiently in a wide variety of situations and industries.
Universal disposal
Not only excreta can be hygienically sealed in the LooSeal® EVO. It can also be used to seal other items such as nappies, leftover food or feminine hygiene products and even any liquids hygienically and odour-free. The bags are simply disposed of in the residual waste.

Maintenance-free
The LooSeal EVO is completely maintenance-free. Only the battery should be charged from time to time. Even the built-in Teflon tapes, which are considered a wear component, can withstand over 20,000 welding processes. If you want to clean the sealing toilet, you can do so without any problems thanks to the removable toilet seat.
Safe disposal
All waste in the LooSeal EVO is sealed in special barrier film. The compostable barrier film (liner) is specially developed for toilet use and is therefore environmentally friendly and safe. The simplest option for disposal is via the residual waste.

Installation:
Installing the LooSeal® EVO is as easy as can be, because no installation is required! Simply unfold the stainless steel folding feet and get going for as long as the battery lasts. Only after about 100 uses does the battery need to be recharged at a 230V socket. Alternatively, the sealing toilet can also be permanently connected to a 12V on-board power supply with 2A fuse protection. For a fixed installation, the toilet feet only need to be secured to the floor with clamps. The cubic shape makes it very easy to implement individual, customised construction solutions.
Caravan conversions are also very simple. Simply remove the existing chemical toilet, disconnect the water pipe and cover up any holes. The LooSeal EVO can then either be stored in a mobile and space-saving location or permanently installed and connected to the existing 12V line.
Commissioning:
Operating the LooSeal® EVO is groundbreakingly simple and always the same.
Step 1 - Preparation
To use the sealing toilet, all you need to do is charge the battery and insert the barrier film (liner). The liner is now hermetically sealed for the first time by a welding process and the toilet can be used for 100 (rechargeable battery) or 30 (liner) uses.
Step 2 - Use
Now the LooSeal® EVO can be used. To do this, simply tip a pack of super-absorbent into the toilet opening in advance to soak up liquids for added safety and odour absorption. The system now works basically like you know it from the toilet at home. After going to the toilet, press the red start button for 2 seconds to start the sealing process similar to a flush.

Step 3 - Fully automatic sealing process
After pressing the start button, everything else runs automatically. All waste is safely sealed in the barrier film, completely free of germs and odours and without water. The process takes about 2 minutes and the film lining is automatically renewed for the next toilet. As soon as the process is complete, you will hear a beep and the sealing toilet is ready for the next toilet.
Step 4 - Disposal
As a result, a securely sealed bag is dispensed from under the toilet. This can now be placed directly in the residual waste. The display shows at any time how the battery level of the LooSeal® EVO is.
LooSeal® Consumables:
Excreta and toilet waste are hygienically sealed in compostable barrier liner. A fresh barrier liner can be used for about 30 toilet visits, and the Teflon tape used for sealing has a service life of about 20,000 uses and therefore does not need to be replaced. For "small" toilet trips, the LooSeal® Bio-Super-Absorber can optionally be used for liquid absorption.
